Possible low beam issue?

Recently i got my hands on 2012 F10 535D but after a night drive i noticed that low beams seem kind weak - not projecting very far. Haven't owned F10 or any other car with Xenons before so i can't tell if there is anything wrong with how they look. I have read that level sensors might be an issue but my lights don't go all the way down after turning the car on (see video). Another thing is that the beam seems different depending if the switch is on auto or low beam setting.

Looks like they need to be aimed a little higher. I know I had to raise the pattern on our 2 535i's.
