That's a very common offset on aftermarket wheels for the F10, so not a problem. But the proper tire size should be 245/35 and 275/30. The larger tires you want to use will also fit, but will be 3.6% larger.

Thank you very much for your response. Will the 3.6% difference cause a problem? I understand the speedometer will be off slightly but will it cause any problems with anything else? Thanks again in advance.

Shouldn't be a problem.

You're limited by your rear tire selection, and a 20x10" fits any tire you could want to run in the rear if you plan to stay within the maximum tire widths recommended for an F10.

If you have a serious need to add rear traction, a different selection of tires, or a wider tire can help, but on this platform, adding a massive rear tire and a massive rear wheel does nothing but hurt the overall feel of the car with an unnecessary stagger and added rotational weight.

Again, it depends on the overall goal you're going for, but to increase the wheel size, and still keep the car feeling quick on it's feet and increase the vehicles responsiveness and overall dynamics, go for a light wheel in a 20x9" & 20x10" set-up. That's what we run on F10's, and have had nothing but great feedback so far. A 20x10.5" is fine in the rear too.

Hope this helps!

Here's one of our 20x9" & 20x10" set-ups on an F10, running a 285/30/20 out back:

If I remember correctly, it's ET34 in the rear with 20x10.

Thank you? And the ET of the front wheels?

You think 245/35/20 and 285/30/20 is better than
255/35/20 and 295/30/20?

Still doubhting ....

Don't know the offset of the front wheels.
If you are going for 10" wide rear wheels, I'd say 285/30/20 is a better fit.

I'm going for
9x20 front 245/35/20
10,5x20 rear 285/30/20

But i'm clueless on the ET

I found this http://f10.5post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=557224

Recommended Offset for F10 5er but they look very agressive to me.

20x9.0 ET20
20x10.5 ET42
245/35/20
285/30/20

What ya think?

So I was curious, my shop that works on my car said a 20x12 would fit on our cars. Right now I'm looking at the Ferrada FR2 wheels. I know the 20x10.5 et38 with 255/35/20 will fit up front and curious if the 20x11.5 et 30 would work in the rear with 285/30/20

My current setup which I'm looking to sell and not a big fan is the Avant Garde M510 20x8.5 et30 255/35/20 which needs wheel spacers up front for the flush look and then 20x10 et38 295/30/20 they came off my E60 M5. The rears could be more flush and be better with a 285/30/20 rear wheel.

If anyone is interested in the wheels only not tires please PM me they're in Black and practically brand new not a mark on them.

I have the Ferrada FR3 20x9/255-30 and 20x10.5/285-30. I haven't mounted them yet but I spoke to TireRack multiple times to get the right tires. I almost went with the 295-30 but they were running a special on the 285's...

The tires shipped yesterday. I should receive them next week on Thursday. And, decided to go with Michelin AS3+ because the Bridgestones were on back order.
