Thank you for that. I thoroughly enjoyed the video. I think I'm more aligned with the 760i than that new iX in life and car philosophy, but I really like the two opposing opinions on what it means to be a BMW.

New grill SUCKS! The black section at the rear looks like a Nissan Maxima.

The commercial would NOT make me want a new BMW. I'm not impressed at BMW's current styling direction. Seems they are following the Japanese.

This sums it up for me as to what BMW thinks is really important now...but perhaps they are correct based on some of the new forum threads I read.

e66: "I drive fast, I have 12 cylinders"

new BMW's reply: "... I can change interior ambient colors"

BMW's marketing divison has decided to gaslight its way out of its poor design choices.

"Wow this new iDrive generation sucks"
"OK BOOMER LOOK AT YOUR OLD IDRIVE LOLOL IT'S NOT US IT'S YOU"

"Wow this new grille design sucks"
"Ok boomer" <- their actual reply on twitter back when the iX was revealed

It's mind boggling how bad their marketing is now, it's just straight up trying to gaslight people into thinking their own opinions are wrong and they should just let BMW fuck them
