F10 Sunroof Looks Odd?

Hello everyone I'm a new F10 owner. I recently opened my sunroof and looked at it from the outside. To my horror, I've found this bracket jutting out from the roof of the car like a set of horns.

Is this intentional? If not, how can it be fixed? I've attached some pictures of what I'm referring to.

Normal. It's a wind noise reducer.

I suspected that, thanks. I can't be the only one who thinks this is unacceptable from a looks standpoint. Is there any way to change it or keep it down?

Drive on the freeway and pull that thing down. In a second you’ll be glad it’s right where it is.

And you may indeed be the only one that finds the look unacceptable. Been motoring for a while and I’ve never heard anyone complain about that.

I actually like it because unlike some other cars I've had, this design is actually quite effective at reducing wind noise with the roof open.

You noticed it for the first time, so how is this unacceptable? Every car has it.
