Hello,

When I drive when it is raining, there is condensation inside of my headlight. You can see the condensation at the photo in the attachment.

How is this possible or is this normal?

My f10 had the same problem that was covered before the original warranty was up. The dealer replaced them no charge. Otherwise, retail was around $2,000 each. Ouch.

I believe this is normal, it even discusses it in the manual. Happens to mine after a car wash.

I leave the covers off the back off mine and they never fog up anymore. In the past with the covers on I'd occasionally take a hair dryer on low and let it run until it was nice and dry, with the covers on though it would return.

No covers, no condensation. I just slap them on if I want to wash the engine bay.

This situation is unusual.
If the moisture is dry in clear weather, it's not a big problem
If you stay for a long time, you need to take action.

I had this issue in my driver headlight. I went all Mcguyver and made my own dessicant out of coffee filters and little dessicant balls and a stapler, then installed that little pouch into the round access cover on the top side of the headlight. I used some wire mesh to hold it in there. Been working like a champ so far. Once the dessicant is "full" of moisture, if ever, I can bake it in the oven to dry it back out, or just make another one for 12 cents.
