How do I install the heated steering button on the side

I got a heated steering and it's installed and everything but the button came in today and it's already coded but how would I take out the old automatic steering adjustor and put the heated + adjustor button on?

Have you tried the TIS website www.newtis.info ? Click link and type in the last 7 digits of your VIN...then type a keyword or phrase into the search box and scroll through the results. If you don't see anything that works...try a different search word of phrase.
