F10 550i ride heights for coilovers

I was just trying to figure out the difference between the "base" 550i ride height and "Msport" 550i ride height? Is it about 1/2" lower?

I am not into super low cars but wanted to put on a better suspension. I was looking at getting the Bilstein B16 (PSS10) coilovers. Specs say that it will reduce height 30-50mm and I am wondering if that is from a "base" suspension? I think 1.2" lower than I have now will be too much... I already have to back into my driveway as the front rubs going in... another 1/2" lower would be fine.
