F10 LCI cannot reset FTM

Hello guys,

My father owns a BMW F10 LCI 535d EU spec.
The car doesn't have TPMS sensors on wheels so it measures the flat tires using the ABS sensors.

Did the wheel change when spring came, a day after that the FTM notification showed up, nothing new.
But the 'Perform reset' button is grayed out.

Verified all the ABS sensors on the wheel arches, all good, but the button stayed grayed out.
Tried to reset vehicle measurements in ISTA/D, with manual measuring of all the wheels, button still grayed out.
Changed back to the winter tires, still no luck.
Thought it could be the battery, got a new one, registered it, still nothing.
Went to the dealership, maybe I didn't know something about using ISTA/D. They said that they never seen anything like that. Did a full update of the car, still no luck.

I'm running out of options and the button is still grayed out.
The last thing I'm thinking of is that the steering wheel angle sensor could be faulty.

Has anybody run into something like this before?
Any advice would be appreciated.

Thank you!

How is that done? I've searched and the procedure I found doesn't work.

I'm not verifying that this will fix the issue...but see instructions below (from the TIS website). The reset function is described in the (FUB) description of the CIC (car information computer) aka iDrive.

That may work on the CIC (haven't tried it on our 2012) but it doesn't on the NBT.
