Emergency SOS failure

Just got in the car after not driving it for four weeks during lockdown. I see this error on the dash. I press the emergency button and it all seems to work........ But the error remains.

My connected drive RTTI expired during that four weeks. No point in renewing it yet since I won't be driving very far. I don't think these are connected?

My second electronic gremlin this year. Had to have parking system modules replaced in January.

Started the car earlier and no sign of this issue.......

..and now fault it back. Will ask them to look at it when car is in for other work when they reopen. What makes it a pain is that can't clear the fault from the display in instrument cluster.

Hmmmm, it's not done it again for a week now that I am using the car again. Wonder if because the car was not used much during the lockdown that something "discharged" and me driving around again more has "recharged it"?

I gather with the lack of any responses to this thread that no one else has had this issue.
