So at this point still only 2 guys have ever ran the H&Rs...and neither has been able to write a detailed comparison due to not having tried both setups I believe.

By any chance any of you guys have an H&R front laying around? I got my hands on a rear. I have M5 CP front and 650i rear sitting here as well.
I finally got H&R front and rear installed a month ago, (2014 550) fitment is perfect, just like factory, had no issues except trying to take front hex bolt , PIA.

handling has definitely changed , i can turn in faster , and body roll is dramatically reduced , moderate increase in turn ins , when pushed the tires squeal now

Do you have any suspension mods?

And how much did you pay for them?

How are you liking them over time, worth the upgrade?

its wort the upgrade, as the body roll was noticable before . Honestly I havent put that much miles yet, its super hot here in AZ, have been driving my jeep lately. keep in mind you will have to upgrade your tires to complement the sways bars from the run flats. I will putting on pilot super sport this fall, that will change the cars handling more in my opinion with the sway bars

Hey I'm interested in doing this mod with my car as well. Just lowered my car on H&R spring so also want to tighten up in turns. Where did you order yours? Also, i'm out in AZ as well.

I don't have the adaptive suspension if that's the one you're talking about but I do like the H&R springs a lot better then stock that's for sure. Stock was just too soft and feels like I'm in a boat almost. I like planted and firm when it's needed. I came from a E60 M5 so I like it to be more firm. My car was destroyed and the new F10 M5 was out of budget for me at this time.

While not the H&R version, I did finally get around to installing my M5 front sway bar yesterday. Took about 45 minutes with handtools. You do need external torx sockets to remove the bushing mounts, but other than that, piece of cake. From what I've read, do not attempt this mod without the wheels under load (use ramps, not jack stands). I believe lining up the end links without the wheels under load is tough.

Not sure about the rears. I am referring to the fronts. If I'm not mistaken, I think the rear can be changed as the car sits.

All I can say H&R sway bar is a must mod item even it's a stock F10. Nearly eliminate the body roll. I drove my stock 28F10 with 17" stock RFT for 2yrs, then upgrade the sway bar only. The handling complete changed, feels like a different car. 6mths later, I upgrade the wheels to 20" and it feels better. Another 6mths later I put on KW v3, and I was regret that I should start do the mod 1st day when I pick up the car.

Not sure what the reason is for ramps. Thats news to me.I always installed sway bars on a lift. Had no issues. I am sure the dealers use their lift and not ramps

I've searched for the DIY F10 sway bar remove/install guide, but seems no luck. Has anybody seen one? If so please let me know!
TIA

I just orderred a H&R Sway bar front / Rear kit for my Xdrive. I hope that it will be a great compliment with my H&R springs.

Currently I do enjoy the ride most of the time exept when I go into some turns where I away wish that car would stay flatter. I do not expect it to become a track but currently it does not handle in well enough in turns for my liking.

I will keep you posted with the outcomes when I get the bars and have chance to get those installed.

When I installed swaybars, bolts took about 100-110 lbs of torque to unscrew them.
