US Formula 1 Petition e-sign for support !!

I got this link from my Racing association.. Pertains to an upcoming vote on the 29th by the city council. There has been alot of debate as to how some monies are to be used. If city council doesnt agree then no US Formula 1 race..

I really doubt that'd be the case, but if true, I bet many investors didn't know about that little detail, and are probably angry as hell right now. Just can't fathom starting a project of this magnitude without major funding secured, but we'll find out soon enough.
