Wheel Offset Help

Well I just picked up a 2011 535i xDrive M Sport, Carbon Black Metallic after my poor E92 335i was totaled from a hailstorm. The F10 has 351M wheels which are F: 19x8.5 ET33 and R: 19x9 ET44. I have a set of 193 style wheels I used as my winter setup. They are a square setup of 18x8 ET40. Will it be possible to use these for the winter setup on the F10? Will I need spacers to make it work? Thanks for the assist, it is greatly appreciated.

They will work fine.
They are 0.5 more narrow which will make up for the offset difference.

You might need spacers to clear the calipers.

F10 offset for 8x18" wheels is 30, so 10mm spacers will make your wheels equal to OEM.

You'll need new sized tires, and spacers to push them out a bit. I'd say 12mm.

Currently the winter tires are 225/40/18 front and 235/40/18 in the back. If I add spacers to both front and back, say 10-12 up front and 15 in the back, would that work? That way my summers could be decently flush and should add enough for the 18x8 winters to fit. I was thinking the little bit skinnier tires would actually be better for the winter anyway and why purchase new tires when these have life left, but that's why I'm here. To ask those who know more than I do. Thanks

12mm front and 15mm rear spacers will be fine. But the tires are much smaller than the OEM f10 size of 245/45/18. And with xDrive, you should run the same size front and rear.
