20 inch Wheel Fitment Question.

Quick and easy.
20x9 front ET 35 - I know it will fit
20x10.5 rear ET 35 - will it tuck in with 295/30/20 tires?

Nah, one piece. from Niche. Check their website in the 2018 collection. Should be available for me in Canada by June. I have the Sophisto Grey colour so i'm looking at something different. I have always liked the look of brass on your car.

I think it'll look really good! Anyway to photoshop the wheels onto your car?

To get a 20x10.5 +35 to tuck you will need to run negative camber and a 285 and it will rub on a hard dip. For perfect fitment with no rubbing and no inner tire wear from negative camber the rear will need to be atleast a +40 and a 285. If someone tells you it wont rub and tucks with a 295 with a +35 on a 10.5 they dont have that setup or they are guessing. I've tried that setup and it rubs when it tucks.

I'll chime in here too.

I'm also considering a 9" et25 front and 10,5" et35 set of Vossen CV3R on my F11.
I have X-drive with adaptive suspension and plan to drop the car with ACS springs.
Thought I would run 285 rears, and did not expect any rubbing since the car would not be lowered that much.

So et30/40 would be a trouble free combo compared to et25/35?
I would hate to get et30/40 and end up putting on 5mm spacers.

20x9 et 25 upfront will work fine but et30 will need a 5mm spacer to be flush. On the rear a 20x10.5 needs to be et40 or a 20x10 needs to be et35 to be flush. Most people put a 20x10.5 et35 because that's a standard et for most 20x10.5 5x120 wheels and they run skinny ass stretched tires with negative camber to half ass make it work, I think it looks gay as f'k. Since your not slamming your car get a 20x10.5 et40 with a 285 and you will be problem free no matter if your stock height or lowered.

Quick question on some wheels I have my eye on. What about:

Front 20x9 +32
Rear 20x10.5 +45

On 2014 528i
Thanks in advance.

Thanks.
I did the math and based on measurements 10,5 et 35mm could be an issue, but I was not sure how much the added camber due to the lowering would play in.
Also I have an F11, so it has air suspension in the rear.

I guess 25/40 it is. Should see the front come out 14mm and the rear 16mm compered to the stock setup.

Can I run 20x10.5 in the front with no fender modding and if so I can only assume I need to run a specific tire size keeping in mind I have an x drive to be able to pull it off. The only thing is that I live in jersey and the streets are shit. Iv run through 4 tires in the last 6 months and they have all been sidewall damage/tears. The wheels I’m looking at in order to get the look I need to run 11s in the back. Also if I’m looking at a wheel with a lip does that change anything on the fitment in order to clear the calipers?
