BimmerCode and Sport+

Hi folks,

I have a 2015 535i xDrive w/Luxury Package.

I'm trying to enable the Sport+ features using Bimmercode.

I can enable Sport Automatic in the Transmission Control Module and the Sport+ option in the Instrument Cluster Module without any error.

When I try to enable the Sport+ Mode in the Integrated Chassis Module the car throws many errors that I cannot clear with BimmerCode or BimmerLink.

Does this mean my car isn't compatible? I wouldn't expect to see it in the options in BimmerCode (I'm not using Expert Mode) if my car was compatible.

Thanks for the help. I've asked the BimmerCode App folks as well. Waiting to hear but thought someone here might know already.

Did you replace 205 with 2TB in the VehicleOrder (VO)?

No. Do you know how I would do that in BimmerCode?

I can't answer about coding it, but you can have a close functional equivalent of Sport+ by turning on DTC (press the DSC button once to turn on Traction Control), and putting the shift lever to the left into M/S mode.

Sport+ gives higher shift points (like M/S mode), Traction Control instead of DSC (the DSC button), the only thing the above doesn't give you is the quicker throttle response of Sport/Sport+ mode.

The BimmerCode folks have told me to hold off as this is happening to some vehicles and they are working on figuring out why.

I recently coded 2015 530d with bimmercode and activated sport automatic in TCM. This enabled sport+ which it can be chosen from the button near the shifter and is seen on the instrument cluster. No other codings were needed.
