F10 N20 Motor cranks but no start please help!! ALL INPUT APPRECIATED Thanks

POSTED ON OTHER PAGE BUT DONT THINK ANYONE HAS ANY IDEA???...PLEASE ALL INPUT IS APPRECIATED

Have a friends daughters car 2013 F10 528i N20B20A right now that cranks but wont start....back story is the girl turned the car on as she was about to leave work a few days ago and it was running like sh** so she shut it off and tried to turn it back over but only cranked and wouldnt start....

scanned it with a Solus ultra scanner codes are:

133010- Valvetronic Actuator, Activation Malfunction
134F02- Valvetronic, Adjusting Range Stop Not Learnt
135B11- Valvetronic Actuator, Control Phase Voltage Open Circuit

Would this be the Valvetronic motor gone bad?
OR
Would this be the Eccentric shaft sensor fault?
OR
Something completely different?

Any help is appreciated...like i said this isnt my car and im not trying to tell this girl to buy parts she doesnt really need..

I heard the valvetronic motors rarely go bad, not sure if thats true but its just what i was reading on other forums...

Could be manny different things One thing I would Check
Check all of the fuses when I say all I mean all
take Good Look even if it takes taking one by one out and checking
