Modern line bumper trim

I have a 2014 535i modern line has anyone ever painted this trim body color ? I'm saving for the Msport bumpers but this trim is annoying me.

If you lived closer, I'd trade for free...and we have the same color exterior on the same MY (2014)....I'd almost ask to trade front bumpers too...the M-line looks better to me, while the M-sport on a 535 seems to be a bit much.

You could just wrap the trim.

Where you located? I'm always up for a road trip! When I was into VW I drove from Jersey to Ohio with my Jetta to swap front ends with a GTI owner..

I'm about 2,700 to 2,900 miles west of you, on the Left Coast.

Although the swap of both bumper can be done in under an hour (just removed mine last weekend)...not sure that a 6,000 mile round trip would be woth it given that you could probably get them for less locally, used, for less than the gas required for a 6,000 mile roadtrip...(not including room and board).

Again, Amazon sells automotive wrap (realitvely inexepensive), that would result in a decent color change with little effort on your part.

Cheers

I grabbed the trim pieces from Rockauto and painted them black. The stock pieces can be hard to get out without breaking tabs.
