hi can anyone tell me if Apple phones can be used as digital key for BMWs?

I have the latest Samsung and it is not one that is able to be a digital key

from googling BMW says most Apple phones can be used as a digital key

is that correct?

Yes, current Apple phones work as a digital key for BMW.

Yes, I really like having the iPhone and Apple Watch as a digital key. I can unlock, start, and drive my car with just my Apple Watch, no iPhone necessary. Good peace of mind in case I ever lose a key when I’m away from home.
