Start with www.realoem.com to see what parts are involved.
Then off to www.newtis.info on a way the seat might come apart to replace it.

Assuming the color is oyster, here is the part number and search results to purchase.

Use the other link on disassembly, personally I might opt for some Velcro tape in strategic places.

It is a back seat panel, and if ordered you want to match to your interiors color. The part number for my 2012 535i, black interior, was 52 10 9 173 674, and cost me $146.09 at that time. It took all of 2 minutes to change.

Takes a bit longer than 2 minutes to change. But it's easily done, you can get one from Aliexpress cheap these days around $40 AU. I followed this video which is nice and short and made it easy.

Different car, different attachment mechanisms.

Mine was just fastened by your basic (larger) BMW rivet pins. Took all of 2 minutes. Find out what your car takes, and it is easy to see from the replacement part what yours will require to change out.
