Software update is stuck!

Hi all, my software update is stuck like this a few days now, any suggestions of anything I can do ?

before you leave the car you can start the update in the menu...

Unfortunately it never prompts me when I turn off the engine, it just stays the same

Hi had the same issue, sent a mail to connected drive, they got back to me pretty quickly, they must have sent another update to my car today, downloaded and all issues resolved..

It actaully worked after a long drive, maybe battery wasn't at a sufficient level ?

Bit pissed off that the Alexa integration doesn't work, say the Republic of Ireland isn't supported .. like why not?.. Amazon certainly supports Ireland, I have many Alexa devices and an Amazon account registered in Ireland .. fucking BMW starting to piss me off with these half arsed releases.
