Door cards do not have the optional sunshades. I have the front passenger and both rear still available.

Do the M5 seats work in a 14 550i? If so, do the heating and cooling options work if I did not have cooling initially?

On my 2013 550i no wiring was necessary. You will need to reuse your seat modules (under the seat). If you want the ventilation and massage to work you will need new door switches (I have a spare driver side I will include.) a new climate control panel with ventilation buttons, and coding.

I am still working on the coding part, if anyone wants to chime in here feel free.

Double check your wiring diagrams on newtis but as I mentioned above mine were identical to a 2013 M5.

You can use the M5 module as well. You just need to flash the firmware to match the I-Step in your car. Seat belt error will go away.

Ventilation will work immediately without coding even though if you run diagnostic, it will say coding does not match.

Coding is easy, you only need to add what your car doesn't have like ventilation 453, active seats 455, heated 494 and code associated modules and you're done

You could probably fab something up or take apart your existing seats to swap the bottom rails but either way it would be a lot of work.

Bump. Open to offers on the seats. They are a great upgrade for a F10!
