Hi, so I got super knocking error today than while parked (car idling to cool down) it just died. When I try to start the car, it starts than dies after 1 or 2 seconds.

I am guessing that my HPFP died?

Hmm than I wonder what could be wrong. I saw some other videos on youtube showing bad hpfp where car cranks but doesnt start. It just died standing while idling.

I think mine just straight up died. Hopefully, I will find out tomorrow.

Fuel pump ground wire might be faulty, happened on my 2011 535xi, just died on me one day and it was intermittent. Took it in to the dealer and they took care of it for free under a warranty extension.

Thanks, found out it was the pipe/hose I installed on lpfp stage 2 diy. I got a better hose that I installed and everything is good now.
