Daytime Running/Parking Light Error

So I am getting a Daytime Running/Parking Light Error and my passenger side headlight angel eyes are dim. The amber portion of the parking light works just fine. No sign of water intrusion in the headlight which so know seems to be an issue. Has anyone else had this issue and had it resolved? I am hoping a headlight or expensive module replacement is not necessary.
