FCP Euro Lifetime Replacement Warranty
Hi everyone,
I wanted to ask those who take advantage of FCP Euro Lifetime Replacement Warranty, how do you ship your engine oil back, is there a carrier that offers the best rate/method? |

I just package it up the same way they sent it to me, I.e. put the used oil back in the jugs, place in a thick plastic bag with a zip tie holding it closed and box it up. Then take it to UPS, or the shipper of your choice.

There used to be something with paypal to get free returns but I believe they've since got rid of that. I think we HAVE to pay to ship back now.

I always use the original jugs and packaging. Just get a new zip tie for the bags around the jugs each time. I've only used UPS so far for the convenience of the nearest location. I'm always shocked that I get a credit each time. Just seems crazy they can offer that.

I definitely make use of the warranty. I use the original packaging and make sure to Saran Wrap everything to keep the oil contained, and it's clear wrap so the items are easily identified when they receive it. FedEx will take them, you pay shipping.
Edit: I never had luck with UPS because they don't like to ship oil, apparently. |
