DME pin for electric valve exhaust
Hello,
I have a '15 EWG N55 (BMW F10 535i) and some of these models come with electric valves on exhaust (not the vacuum ones). Anyone knows the pin number on DME for the signal? I would like to add electric control to my valves (right now they are opened all the time, M5 exhaust - sounds great but it drones). |

No F10 535i had valved exhausts, let alone electric valves, unsure where you got that info from. The M5 exhaust valves are vacuum actuated, and so the 535i will lack the physical hardware to control them. You're better off buying a vacuum acuated exhaust valve controller off eBay for 50 bucks.

A211*1B, Pin 3 = Electric Changeover Valve, Exhaust Flap
A changeover valve is a solenoid that take an electrical signal and open/closes a vacuum valve. This would have to be VO coded....and not even sure what it is based on....please post if you get this working. Last edited by M_Bimmer; 11-29-2021 at 12:24 AM.. |
