The warning just appeared this morning
The dealer doesn't have any appointment available today

The car is a 2016 535i xdrive has 30k miles
Any ideas?

yup! it could be a hundred different things! i would start off with watching a bunch of youtube videos as they have a lot of different reasons on why

Monday is a federal holiday. Are they open that day?
