Guys... i know there are not much 6 speed 535i.... but what fluids do you guys use for transmission flush on manual cars? I know alot of 3 series uses redline but just want to know the weight and about how many quarts.... Thank you!

As a general rule stick with OEM unless you have a good reason not to. I used a GM synchromesh fluid in my 6sp accord at some point since OE had notchy shifting characteristics. Used BMW fluid for the 6sp 550.
