Just cant decide on colour combo.
Space is not quite light enough for me and Ti Silver is way too 'normal car'. Thus its black. Interior decision still ongoing - black or Cinnamon or Oyster. Tough choice.
I quite liked Oyster and the Oyster / black interiors. I went for black based on a number of factors:
Wife did not like Oyster / black
Oyster carpets are not going to survive well.
Good luck with your choice. When is delivery?

He man !! thats pretty fast. Nice !!!

I've have the same exterior set-up, 18 inch wheels and space grey (best color imo). Interior venetobeige. 528i. Seeing the 18-inch wheels I''m considering to upgrade the wheels to 19-inch and use the 18-inch set for the winter tyres ...

Is it also possible to watch a DVD when driving (stupid question of course ... )..

You have to be in 'park' to be able to watch DVD's (although sound still plays). If you can figure out how to drive whilst still in park, then yes, you can watch DVD's whilst driving (but why would you want to do that?)

You feel much more enclosed as a driver in the F10, although not in a claustrophobic way - the door tops seem lower in the F10 so you feel higher; the instrument layout (and being able to see all of it) is much improved. It is much quieter as well (although zero miles compared to 85k does make a difference). Don't get me wrong - I loved my E60, but the F10 seems better built and thought through.
The i drive is hugely improved; many of the features were available on the later E60's - but not the screen. Pic's don't do justice to it. As it is not set into the dash, it is much more pronounced. That's certainly one of my favourite features.
Maybe the diference of the ride comfort comes from the fact that your e 60 has the m sport packet!!
I have an e60 525d and is very confortable and it handles very good!!!
Anyway, your car looks great and i'm sure is better than an e 60!!
Congrats and drive safe!!

Congrats!! the car is a beauty!

Have you had a chance to sit in the seat? If so how would you rank leg room? The pictures I've seen online do not good a job of indicating passenger leg room.

Congrats!

May I ask you, does your car have the adaptative damping control? In that case, have you placed with it and could you give some feedback?

Thanks and congrats again, the first guy on this forum to get the F10 beauty!

Sorry to jump in but if it helps. I only sat in a dealer vehicle for 10-15 mins. Sat in each of the front and rear seats. My brother and I are both 6 ft and we could sit comfortably in any of the seats with the fronts adjusted for our size. However it wasn't OTT i.e. I would be a bit peeved if I was chauffeured in one as I would expect much more space in the back. But as a driver and as a family member no issues.

Another surprise was the boot space. I only started to look at the 5 as the 3 is just too tight in the back with 2 kids under 18 months and all the stuff that comes with them. The 5 was not that much bigger than the 3 and actually appeared visually to have a smaller boot than what I remembered the current 5 as having. Probably just my memory but it wasn't that big.

The interior was plush - much more so than the 3. Really stand out wow.

No this is pefect!! I am 6 foot tall (mostly leg, so head room is never an issue), currently in IS 250, and the back seat is almost unbearable. No one can seat behind when I drive. The passenger seat is so bad when to people over 5'6 have to sit in the front and back at the same time. Either the person riding shotgun knees are almost touching the glove box or the back seat passenger's knees are cramped touching the back of the front seat, where they have to put their legs across the entire back seat.

I wanted to get a 335 xdrive sedan, but it looks not a bit roomier than my IS 250.

I have an IS350 that is going back in a week. I'm 5'11 and I drive it with the seat all the way back and down. If you want more room you have to go 5 series. The 3 was no better for me than the IS.

That is a SWEET car. I cant wait for them to put all these nice features in a 3 5 is just a bit big for my tastes, although I would definitely drive one of these, especially a diesel... too bad I live in the states.

Congrats! Looks good!! Soooo much leather. It looks crazy comfy in there. BMW really put a lot of detail into this one.

What do the different levels of sport do? It looks like you can select varying levels.
