to keep it short, I paid out of pocket to change out my driver side axle due to a torn cv boot, now about 6 months later i'm hearing the same creaking noises but this time it sounds like its the passenger side, no bmw will not take care of this cause my car is lowered on ACS, is anyone having similar problems with their CV boots? whether lowered or not ?

I think it may not be too surprising that the AWD drive train can't live happily with lowered suspension. The xDrive BMW is basically a snow car.

Why specifically would lowering an xDrive cause CV boot failure?

Why specifically would you think the drive train is engineered to be lowered, when that's the main thing BMW does not offer on AWD cars?

My question was why specifically would this impact the cv boots?

I would have to say it has more to do with your installer botching up the CV boot during the install than the springs causing the failure.

ACS is a moderate drop and cv boot is a non issue here considering how many have springs. My old 535xi had a tear on the pass. cv boot too but it wasn't until I had my ACS springs swapped out right before I got rid of the car. To me the installer must have damaged the boot during the swap.
