Nah, there's been legit "celebrations" that have ended up in injury. Martin Gramitca for example pulled a groin just jumping into the air to celebrate a FG. A kicker landed funny on astroturf and sustained a groin injury. I'll never forget that and I hope none of his friends ever let him forget either.

On first view at full speed, I thought OBJ got hit in the knee with the ball.

After review, there didn't seem to be a noticeable "jerk" when his foot hits the turf, it was just time for that knee to give out under the pressure

I am Giant fan so the last five years have been awful but I still love a great NFL game. Unfortunately the league is not what it once was. Most games are no competitive and lack excitement. I am hoping the new Giants regime gets us going again.

Hell I remember RG III injuring himself in a playoff game against my Seahawks. That field was(is?) atrocious. On a side note, I never thought Griffin would last as an NFL QB anyway.

Exactly! Knowing you got injured from a hard impact is one thing but to simply crumple on your own w/o anyone having touched you? That would be terrifying because you never know when it will happen again.

10 years of utter incompetence from Reece and then Gettleputz and the owner is complicit as well, a complete fool. I really hope the new GM and coach are for real. It feels right buy you never know.

At least Reese was there for two of our SB's lol. Gettleman should've NEVER happened. His legacy is "toxic and can't draft to save his life."
He literally destroyed the Panthers. His pettiness also is what shipped OBJ to Cleveland - if y'all remember, we had WAY better deals offered but he chose Cleveland. He can't say the deal was better all he wants but his ego wanted to punish OBJ.

My point is, you can't have a leader who is that much of an insecure cuck and someone who leads with emotion.

The new regime SHOULD theoretically be something far better considering they did turn Buffalo into what they are now and Daboll is supposedly the QB Whisperer. Looking at you, Josh Allen.

You are right about Gettleputz, horrendous hiring decision by an owner that thought he had to hire someone w ties to the team but take a look at reese's draft record, absolutely terrible wasted elis final 5 years
