Almost A Diesel

Why does my '13 528i sound like a diesel?....I have been told to pay special attention to the fuel injectors and keep them clean. The more clogged they become, the louder the diesel sounding....LMK, Thx

because it's a diesel lol! you know with the diesel loaners that BMW gives to me I would never get a diesel because of how it sounds. and these are brand new loaners. I understand why people like them...just not my cup of tea
