I just got mine today and installed it tonight. I didn’t get any hardware either, I just made 2 brackets from strapping I had in the garage. Did a couple preliminary pulls and with it heat soaked from idling IAT was dropping in a 2-3 gear pull. I’ll upload some logs tomorrow once I can get on the highway and go through 4th gear.

EDIT .... Did some pulls with the engine heat-soaked starting at 110 degress IAT in 3rd gear and it only rose to 114 through 5th gear (6spd MT).

I just did a pull today from 3rd to the top of 5th gear and IAT only rose from 71 degrees to 94. 23degree increase not too bad! Ambient temp was about 64.

Mind you this is stock N55 turbo, a PS2 would be much more efficient with higher boost and should yield lower IAT #s. My PS2 will be ordered this week, I cannot wait.

If you don't get mounting hardware, you can make clamps. It is easy. I bought my Wagner Intercooler on eBay. It did not come with mounting hardware. I called Wagner USA, they were asking $99 shipped to me. LOL

Great Value!! Bitch to get in!! The procedure is straightforward but it is certainly a tight squeeze! I Had to fab brackets as well. bolts are 4x M6-1.0 12mm-15mm long depending on thickness of the stock you make the brackets from. I used some 316 stainless piano hinge from my job and cut it down to the right shape. I have similar temp reduction from my logs. I am now on MHD Stg2 tune and love the power!

Thanks for all this info dudes...after the unfair VRSF IC d*ckdance so many went through I swore off of getting a VRSF IC, out of principal if nothing else, and thought I was stuck paying up for Wagner. It'll be a couple months before I go for it, will be watching for additional feedback on G Plus until then

FYI I emailed the eBay seller yellowspeed and they sent me the brackets.

When you take some pictures, can you measure the amount of fins per inch? (Hold a ruler up to the fins) Post some logs too!
