Anyone know what App/bluetooth bongle, Scanner, etc to use to read Boost pressure on F10 550i?

I use P3 gauge on my 550, boost is one of functions.

First pic boost, coolant temp. Then battery voltage. There are 9 more, total 12 parameters. Google P3 gaugefor more details if interested.

Yes.. especially the coolant temp and battery voltage. There is also 0 to 60.

Not to sure, when I was using it I seen at max around 9-10 psi WOT stock setup.

Heres a reading of 6.8psi at 4200rpm with TORQUE app.

i'm assuming if you have a JB4 with Blutooth app you can see boost on your phone that way right?

Yes you can.
Just tap and hold on any of the 6 gauges and a screen should appear with boost being one of the options.
