Hi guys need some help.. today my 2011 f10 passenger door will not lock. I try to push down the lock pin from inside and it won’t go down. All other door is fine unlock and lock just the passenger.

Do you have comfort access? If yes, disconnect and it might work. If no, then you need to access the handle --- many Youtubes available.

Easy to swap out on an E90, but I have not done it on a F10. Looks like it's the same process. A very DIY job:

Is the door open or closed when you try to push the door pin down? If open, the door pin won’t go down (usually on either front doors) because it’s an anti-lockout feature. The front doors must be closed to lock them.

Only asking because the scenario you presented didn’t specifically indicate if the door was open or closed.

Thanks for the help guys.. I’m gonna change out the actuator my self. My f10 have soft close and comfort access. I was looking on Amazon for the Door lock actuator and there’s 2.. one come with soft close and the other just actuator.. which one do I need just the actuator by it self?

I'm having this same issue now on my 2014 535i on the passenger door.

Did the actuator replacement resolve your issue?
