2010 2011 BMW 5 Series Forum F10 help passenger door will not lock |

Hi guys need some help.. today my 2011 f10 passenger door will not lock. I try to push down the lock pin from inside and it won’t go down. All other door is fine unlock and lock just the passenger.

Thanks for the help guys.. I’m gonna change out the actuator my self. My f10 have soft close and comfort access. I was looking on Amazon for the Door lock actuator and there’s 2.. one come with soft close and the other just actuator.. which one do I need just the actuator by it self?
