How do I fix this

Hi, I have some damage on my side mirror on my driver side from backing out of the garage. Will a new mirror cap fix this or do I need to replace the whole side mirror? I looked and I can't find an Imperial Blue metallic one anywhere. Would appreciate some input for where I can get this repaired for cheap or replaced.

You just need to replace the ring (part around the mirror glass) and the damaged front lower black trim (#3 & #4 in the diagram) . Should be less than $100 for both parts (new).
