I agree. No problem except when I happen to be following a white car/truck. My polarized sunglasses make it nearly invisible. So I don't use polarized sunglasses any more.

HUD is awesome. My F10 550i is my third BMW with HUD. I use Serengeti Driving Sunglasses. They are awesome in general and work well with HUD.

Are your Serengetis polarized? I keep reading how polarized glasses make the HUD projection almost invisible but my polarized Serengetis did not prevent me from seeing a pretty clear image on the screen.

Agree fully with "volinder"!
Whenever I drive my mom's F02 without HUD, I forget to check my speed b/c I never look down...oops! Anyways, the only time I find it difficult to see is during dusk; I feel the urge to turn the brightness up temporarily. |
