Have two Blackstone oil reports from the past year (forgot to bring a container the last oil change) that show oil specs are well within limits/are good.

Factory options:
- Cold Weather Package (heated front + rear seats, heated steering)
- Driver Assistance (heads up display, back-up camera, parking distance control)
- Premium (comfort access)
- M-Sport (got a M5 AW300 bumper off this board, sold the stock front M-Sport bumper)
- Lighting (adaptive LEDs + sexier headlights like those on the 2014+ LCI M5)

It's a pneumatic wastegate if you're wondering.

Things I've done:
- 12.3" Touchscreen installed (wireless CarPlay + Android Auto). Can throw in the OEM screen if you'd like.
- New compressor and alternator replaced last year, limited lifetime warranty
- New NGK 97506 spark plugs and Delphi GN10571 ignition coils, replaced September 2021 at 55,502 miles
- Vorsteiner V-FF 103 19" wheels, carbon graphite--no chips/scrapes
- CF wrapped roof + CF spoiler, blackout chrome, yas marina painted brake calipers, all done at ONEighty NYC. They also PPFed the headlights. The CF wrapped roof will need replacing/unwrapping.
- CF diffuser, fitment 98%
- CF mirror caps
- Sequential blinkers (YouTube "BMW sequential turn signal")
- drilled rotors, Akebono brake pads
- upgraded aftermarket intercooler (Wagner rep)
- Bridgestone Driveguard RFTs ordered 9/24/2019 from TireRack, installed a week later. One tire replaced with a brand new one shaved to size (7/16) with 2-year TireRack warranty still.
- M5 mufflers, bought off here + installed
- M5-style front bumper, bought off here (the lower fog lights are still usable, just unplugged)
- double slatted gloss black grills
- BM3 stage 1 octane 93 tune for about half a year (currently off)
- 30% tints on sides and rears, front not tinted

Was garage kept at my apartment or at private driveway. No error codes. Can meet you at your mechanic for him/her to inspect also. Car does not need an alignment.

Owners: I am 2nd owner. First owner bought it at 68k retail (76k after taxes). He sold it because he had one parking spot and he bought a Tesla. He had an "accident" on the VIN when he went over a pothole and blew out a tire + dented rim + cracked front bumper. Front bumper is completely replaced now.

The bad/little things:
- The trim piece on the driver side door fell off. I have an extra door trim piece + with extra comfort access handle.
- Some rock chips on front bumper.
- Minor scratches/nicks on clearcoat on rear bumper.
- Tiny rock chip on windshield. Going to fill it in so it's flawless.

Other good(s): 95% driven with just me in driver's seat. Rear seats + front passenger seat have barely any wear. Previous owner was also pretty much the only passenger in the car when he drove it.
