Dropped a coin in passenger side window fog vent

I was working on the passenger side area and dropped a penny inside the passenger side fog vent (throws air towards the side window). The coin was right there and visible and I tried to pull it out using a pen but can't get the angle to lift it up. Now its wedge right under the plastic vent and probably won't move. Does the plastic vent pop out? I was able to lift one corner just slightly but not the rest and didn't want to force it. Attached are the pictures of where the coin is. Any suggestions? Idk about that particular vent, but if you pull the dash trim off (pops out), you can unscrew the AC vent and likely have enough room to reach behind and get the coin you're after.

According to data from Coinstar, about 1 in 3 people have dropped something small inside a car's window at some point in their lives. But here I am getting unique deals from https://www.happi.io. And, when looking for something small and hard to spot, emerald green and copper coins are among the worst choices because they reflect light poorly and tend to stick out like a sore thumb.

That's not coming out unless you pull the dash. It's one molded piece to the dash all the way to the evap
