Cool subtle mods! Did you get a ceramic media knob to suit too? Send more pics of your knob
It's actually supposed to arrive tomorrow along with the m performance carbon fiber shift knob trim.

I'll be sure to post more pictures of my various knobs... lol

My evening project. install this bad boy real quick and have my remote coding done. Can't wait to make the interior look a little more updated.

Update: All done. Best interior update yet.

Original bumper back from the shop. They did an awesome job patching some holes and repairing a nasty dent. Overall, looks brand new and color is 100% match (the one pro about non-metallic paint). Fog delete covers arrived as well. They look a tad different from stock center trim - slightly darker and smooth vs textured plastic. I think it'll be hardly noticeable once I get to installing everything this weekend.

As promised, here's more pictures of my knob. my iDrive knob that is. And the carbon fiber shift trim is finally installed too. These changes, along with the ceramic radio and climate knobs really make this car feel so much more luxurious. I'm extremely happy I finally pulled the trigger on these changes.

Did you retrofit cooled seats?
No. They came from the factory. One of the reasons I jumped on purchasing this car. I didn't think cooled seats were an option. I live in south Florida so I tend to use them often.

Cooled seats are awesome (i don't have them in my current car) but i've had plenty of loaners and rentals with em...

Huh. I didn't think they were an option either. Probably an individual option?

I'm not sure. I am just glad the first owner ended up with them.

I know I have the comfort seats with the active butt massagers (don't know the official term) in mine instead of the sport seats that usually come with the M sport package. I wonder if that makes it standard to have the cooled seats then.

F10 5 series (not counting M5) have 3 seat options. Regular seats, comfort seats and active ventilated seats. Ventilated seat is an option on F10. It is not an individual option. It comes along with seats that have active seats. How you can tell us the seat stitching on the seat bottom and the leather is perforated.

First picture is regular seat
Second is comfort seat
Third is active ventilated seat

At least in the US, sport seats were the comfort seats. We never got a dedicated m sport seat.

Freshly refinished original bumper and lip back on but with foglight delete this time around. I love how clean it looks now - wish I had just done this instead of trying out the M5-style bumper. I like it much, much better.

Enjoying it this way for a couple of days before I have to put back the front license plate holder Damn you Virginia.
