2011 528i drivetrain malfunction HELP

Sorry for the long post guys but I got the dreaded drivetrain malfunction error message on my screen along with a plethora of other codes pulled from my bluetooth scan tool. It's also saying that my battery is discharging...but it's less than a year old. I registered it with my bluetooth ODB-II....could that be why. Was told that if I charge the battery all codes would go away BUT was also told that if I replace the crankshaft sensor...that could solve all my issues as well. Not sure where to start here...please help! Thanks in advance!

We’re you able to figure out what caused the Drivetrain Malfunction/DSC Malfunction? What component part or sensor was the issue to set off the car.

��Update��

If you have ista+ and this code pulls up OXCD8E02 or CD8E02 start checking all the wiring in the engine bay. Your EGS Wiring harness may have a defect of some sort that is creating a Drivetrain/DSC Malfunction CURRENTLY DOUBLE CHECKING THE WHOLE ENGINE BAY IT MAY BE WATER DAMAGE COMING FROM THE COWL ON THE PASSENGER SIDE WHERE IT CONNECTS TO THE FUSE BOX IN THE GLOVE BOX. I will keep updating till it is resolved I have been on mission with this for a week already.
