Why No More Phone?

I used to have my phone working fine, but now I am getting this message "No Connection" in the upper right hand corner of my iDrive screen and everything I have tried has not worked?. Can't get my phone to pair up with the car even tho blue tooth is on?.....Thanks for any help, B

Turns out my fault. I left out one step and now it is back. Paired up!
