2012 550i Oil Comsumption and Class Action

Hi - Newbie here. Recently purchased an 2012 550i with 60k miles - dark blue (very fun car!). I do have some excessive oil consumption - but have not driven the car a lot yet. I received notification of a class action law suit for oil consumption issues (apparently a design issue). Any advice from other 550i owners appreciated. thank you!

what production year you have? Correct me guys if I am wrong, oil consumption issue taken care with N63TU engines.

TU is 2014+ (2013 production)
