Difference between jb4 for f10 n55 pwg and f30 n55 pwg

Is there really that much difference since it is the same motor? I see the f30 all the time locally for cheap. Only difference I can guess is a slightly longer harness but even then not sure if it would be enough to matter. Searched a little and just came up with a flood of sale threads but nothing relevant.

The same engine mechanically may not be the same engine electrically. There may be subtle (or not so subtle) differences in programming. That said, I got nothin'.
