Polyurethane carrier arm bushing

Getting the polyurethane shift arm and shift arm carrier bushings. Has anyone done this? I am guessing that it shouldn't be problematic. However, I am also wondering if that puts pressure on the throwout bearing. I am thinking it doesn't.
