Belt Tensioner Assembly replacement 2nd time

I have a 2013 535i and I replaced the Accessory Belt Tensioner Assembly on May 19, 2019. It was made by INA. MFG Part # 11288604266 about a weeks ago the noise from the pulley came back. Anyone bought this pulley from ESC and had the same problem. ESC have three choices Genuine BMW $128, Gates $99.95 FEBI $81.20 and INA $49.99. I guess you get what you pay for.

I bought same tensioner, havent heard the noise of yet. It does have the movement which is completely normal. Its been about 2-3 months since I put it in, but I purchased a new belt with that too. Except I purchased mine from FCP euro mainly because warranty of free replacement for life. Also if it helps, I read somewhere that the vacuum pump makes a loud tapping sound so Im not 100% on this just an idea.

According to all the research I did, BMW OE is INA. Unless there's concrete information that one of the other brands like Febi is better is some way, I would generally choose INA (and did for my own replacement). INA will be the same thing as "genuine BMW".
