Where did you get the line with sensor for $250? Spools is almost 400 dollars.

3k+ job lol then onto sending trans and torque converter to pure transmission for upgrade plus transfer case clutch upgrade/rebuild.

Then upgrade axels to hold extra power from stop light launches lol before they bent.
that sensor you can get anywhere. amazon. ebay. $35. Its a GM sensor. just need the fittings to attach it, or in you want to go from the tank bank fuel it sells the line i beleive.

Nope... need two pumps connected via y line at the tank then also y line between hpfp and port injection fuel rail that connects to the intake manifold.

The problem is our cars don't have a bucket per say in the tank its a fuqing donut with lpfp stuck in the middle. So unless we can fit a bucket in there or some sort of alternative I don't know. Showtime says spool got something but they never replied to me. David Shoup said he will check for me and get back to me so let's see.

They have arrived. Hopefully will get to test these out after breaking in the motor

If someone could answer a dumb question:

I got an upgraded hpfp (spool fx150) when I got my ps2 although I'm only on pump - no e - is there any point to upgrading injectors (and tuning accordingly) on a setup like mine?

No point... these are really meant to be for people who want to push more ethanol.... you can probably push more fuel but can't change the octane rating on pump gas.

The pushing more fuel is the part I'm wondering about:

After the ps2 it was worth upgrading the hpfp in order to push more fuel - even just pump gas - and add more boost...at this point I don't understand whether the stock injectors happen to be the constraint or something else before something more could be done with just pump gas

Hmm what boost psi are you running on pure stage 2 on pump gas? And what boost psi were you running before upgrade of hpfp? My understanding is more boost requires higher octane or engine will knock, so pushing extra fuel with low octane rating won't do much. Anyone can correct me if I am wrong.

IIRC, running PS2 with a stock HPFP (the newer kind, not your N54 style) limits the psi to around 16-17 and upgrading the HPFP enables you to get up to 20ish

Wondering if that's sort of just the limit for pump gas, or maybe if it just so happens that then the injectors become the limiting factor and this upgrade might actually be worthwhile. But, small chance, I figure.

yes everyone is right. In order to reach anything above 21psi+ you will need a HPFP. Stock cant keep up. Especially if your running e85. The more e85 you run the more strain you put on the fuel system. Especially the primary LPFP. Even when you have the LPFP and HPFP you then will put a strain on the fuel injectors. When tuning you want to keep the LPFP happy. The stft must stay between +5 and -5. You also dont want to max out your fuel injectors or the rail pressure will crash. Everything has to flow in accordance.

So good news. Just spoke to Jake on the MHD forums. He said for the n55 the injectors will be added on the checkbox!!
