Of the 4 lights on the front of the car the 2 on the "outside" are the high & low beams (same light) and the "inside" 2 are the corning lights. If you have a manual the lighting section should describe the operation of the lights. If not, there is a manual in the iDrive.

i dont have the manual with me. for some reason i didnt get it when i bought it. do you have any idea how to operate it?

When you put the car in reverse do they both illuminate? If not there is something wrong. What, I don't know.

Your car does not have adaptive headlights. So the inside lens is just a dummy with nothing behind it.

Gents, I need the advice of experts.
I have seen the guidance in multiple forums here how to do VLD on Adaptive Headlights (not LED Adaptive) using Bimmercode app. Here is the question:

So what am I to do to reenable the VLD? To be clear, I had it enabled from the previous owner and I loved it, after my headlight was replaced and it got re-coded due to a small accident, I lost the VLD. Now wanna go back.

There is no "full coding list for your car". It all depends on what car has for factory hardware, and there are literally thousands of FDL Codes possible (most of which are of no interest).

Hello,
I have F10 2012 with Junction Box Passenger JBBFE and I would like to make my headlight washers start after I clean the windshield 2 or 3 or more times. Now they start with windshield cleanning operation no matter what setting I use in bimmercode.

I changed to 10 cycles but they still start washing instant once they windshield washing starts. The only option for me to clean only windshield is either disabling headlight washers or turn off the headlights.
