I would if I could find one for a reasonable price, this is a short term car so I probably wont. I'm about to drop $2k on 40k mile maintenance and a MP stage 1 tune.

Installed the 6WB and NBT Evo retrofit this week into the F10. Very pleased with the difference. I love the iDrive 6 and wireless full screen CarPlay. The digital cluster is worlds better too.

Attached a few teaser shots.

I purchased a set of CKS coilovers from another member last year and finally got around to installing them. Previously has a set of AC Schnitzer springs on stock m sport suspension. Couldn't be happier with the CKS coilovers. Got rid of the boat feel and hugs corners like a champ now.

Sketch warning

So, this happened last night at 11pm at night. Ida floated some road debris underneath a really dark bridge and I couldn't avoid it in time, and it gashed the sidewall a bit and developed a bad leak. Had a hell of a time finding a flat bed or tow truck with dollies that late at night, and the ETA was 2-3 hours. I gave up and shoved two tire plugs in + some tire sealant and it shockingly held air. Drove the last 20 mins to home very slowly and carefully. This was sketchy as shit and is ABSOLUTELY not safe, but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do. I seriously doubt this would have worked if I had anything other than a 30 series profile. The tire is going to costco for replacement, so it only needed to get me home.

Test fitted my custom BBK, again. 3mm spacer still wasn't enough. Going to get a hub extender so I can run a 7.5mm spacer. Ignore how tiny the rotor looks, that's the original rotor still.

New guy here. Just bought a 2013 550i back in May. One of my motor mounts is shot unfortunately. Gonna go in there one of these weekends and tackle this project (gonna go with the AKG motor mounts). Do see any DIYs on the 550i in particular got any advice (also new to the Beamer world)? I have access to an engine support bar so I can drop the subframe.

I'm not completely familiar with the n63 engine mounts. And I'm not 100% sure, but I've heard someone say the support bars shouldn't be trusted on the BMW engines. Something about they are usually only designed for engines mounted the opposite way.

Wowoweewow. This is coming along very nicely

Clearance from the spokes? OEM wheels? 7.5mm is a decent spacer

Mine will be ready to go next week hopefully. Then gotta freight them to myself. 6pots off a VAGeena with 380mm rotors! Hope they fit under 437Ms........

Yea clearance from spokes. OEM wheels, 343M's from a M5. Spacer sizing really varies by wheels and their spoke design.

It's great. Same as before. However, just added the Match UP 7BMW amp over the weekend and made a huge difference. Working on the speakers and trunk sub this coming weekend.

Hope to have a nice review for everyone

Some new exhaust action. Total Flow 9" cans, factory resonators intact, and some from fitting exhaust tips. It's a little louder than I envisioned, but it's a pretty sound.

New Shoes

Picked up HRE FF01s. Sent to PC. Color is Evo Grey, single stage, w/o clear. I really like the matte look. Special thanks to Baid Polishing and Tony's Tire Club. Support local businesses! Thank you!

Replaced door lights with LED Welcome Lights
Got them from BMW dealership for $110. Something different, I guess.

Where did you buy these wheels if you don't mind me asking? They look clean. Any other mods on your white f10?

Wow looks great! Do you have to have your iphone connected with wire or is there a wireless option?
