Hello everyone, I need your help, I wanted to update my card because mine dated from 2013 to 2021, the download is fine and I actually had the card and in the menu mark well that this is version 2021-1.
The problem is that the next day it asks me for a code nothing to do no card without the code, so I decide to buy one, I enter the code using the dial then I validate and it starts. "Navigation system being activated ..." and nothing happens I waited more than 1 hour and nothing I tried later and always the same, so I am blocked no more GPS.
My car is an exclusive 2013 530D ixdrive.

I really need your help.

Shot in the (very) dark. Can you revert back to the old maps? If I understand the problem correctly, you installed new maps with a new FSC? You may have to start over with a new map download (they are free, but I'm unfamiliar with the European set) and FSC. I got a lifetime FSC from eBay for something like $20.

Or, you can contact the person that gave the FSC to you and tell them it doesn't work and you need a new one.

send me a PM with your vin I'll get you a code but it could be your navigation is using fake FSC codes and they might have canceled you can check them with esys

How are you getting nbt codes from vin may I ask?

I'm not sure it's the code that has caused this problem. It seems as though the update didn't complete or is on a loop. Try put a new map on 2022 I posted here. Or maybe you need to disconnect the battery for an hour then try if the screen won't let you update.

Thank you penfold2105 for your answer, yes I think like you that the update was not completed correctly because at the same time it was not even 10 minutes, I will download the 2022 map, but I can do it only at the end of next week because the car and at the BMW garage, I will keep you posted.

I have good news, while I was writing to you I bought another code on ebay with the link that I gave ezaircon4jc, passing a thank you for it, is well all working fine and I I now have my 2022/1 card, so happy, I wanted to thank you all for helping me and taking the time for me, really a big congratulations to you.

Hi everyone! I‘m new to the forum and hope you can help me solve the following problem.

I have a BMW F11 from 12/2012 with an NBT Navi Professional. Last year I updated my maps with Road Map EUROPE WEST Next 2021-1. Since then when I’m driving locally in the Ruhr area of Germany, the navi continually reboots. However when I drive south about 80 km from home the navi starts working again and operates normally throughout southern Germany as well as in Belgium, France and the UK.

I obtained my map update online from a BMW supplier in Germany and I have a lifetime FSC from ebay. However, although the USB installation seemed to go OK, there was no confirmation at the end that the map had been successfully installed. In addition, the navi did not ask for the FSC and would not let me install the map again.

I'm wondering if I should install the lastest Road Map EUROPE WEST NEXT 2022-1 to see if this will improve the situation.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
