troubleshooting valvetronic error code

So I have the typical fault code 133E10 related to a bad valvetronic motor...but i have none of the symptoms...the car runs/idles fine and no check engine light. The code won't clear. So in my troubleshooting, I learned if you turn the ignition to the ON position without starting the car, about 30 sec later the valvetronic system runs through it's limits. For those that are familiar, does this video sound like a healthy valvetronic system for a 2015 535i n55?

Turn your volume up!

That high pitch sound and flap going back and forth is the throttle body, not the valvetronic. Valvetronic motor is pretty quiet.
