Hello,

Last month I just bought an F11 pre-LCI with halogen headlights. Previous owner retrofited some chinese HUDs and I got the car with "Parking/daytime driving lights failure" errors. He said to me the errors appeared after replacing the halogen bulbs with xenons.
I replaced the xenons with halogen bulbs but nothing has changed.
Checked with ista, got the next errors:
800FC8 Lin bus, headlight driver module (TMS), Left: communication Fault
800FC9 Lin bus, headlight driver module (TMS), Right: communication Fault

I replaced both TMS modules (new, chinese ones) and nothing has changed.
I now believe the FRM is also bad.

Headlights are working fine, there are only 3 small problems:
1 - When unlocking the car, halos turn on, blink once, and stay on after that
2 - When locking the car, halos remain powered for 2,3 minutes
3 - Headlight adjustment is not working

Eventually , I will replace the FRM but in the meantime I would like to get rid of the annoying errors on the idrive and dash, since the lights are working pretty much ok.

Is there any way to code the "Parking/daytime driving lights failure" ? I have searched everywhere and got nothing.

Since I had no solution , I replaced the FRM and everything is working as expected !
